Sometimes it can feel like you are completely alone, swimming upstream when it comes to changing your diet.
That’s probably because in a lot of ways… you are. This isn’t easy, and it’s even harder when you are dealing with people who are unsupportive or who go so far as to outright sabotage your efforts.
This week I talk about what’s up with these people and some strategies for how to deal with him. As usual they range from the very practical to the very philosophical.
