L & G Podcast #2: Time saving tips for whole foods cooking.

by eileen on September 24, 2012

So, you’ve decided that the only way to make sure your family is eating healthy food is to make it yourself…

Congratulations, you’re in for a ton of work!!!

Haha, just kidding.

(Sort of.)

But it can seem like you have to choose one or the other: either buy super-expensive “natural, organic” pre-packaged foods, or spend hours in the kitchen making everything from scratch yourself. (Don’t even get me started again on how screwed-up it is that the easiest and cheapest choice of all is to just eat crappy food!)

In this episode, I talk about some of the ways I save time in the kitchen, while still managing to make most of my family’s food at home.

Enjoy! And if you have any questions or topics you would like me to address in a future episode, just hit me up in the comments here, or contact me.

(If you prefer, you can download the episode here.)

I love the mason jar soup idea! Such a simple idea, but I never thought of it. Thanks!

Yay! Love this!
Wondering: Are you going to put your podcast on iTunes? (or create an RSS feed so I can subscribe to it from my phone?)
Love you!
